New strategy plan

The new strategy builds on the revised strategy plan for 2021-2022. We will continue to exploit the fund’s characteristics as a large and long-term investor to achieve the highest possible return in a responsible way. Our people, technology, and processes are key to achieving our goal.

"We have made a detailed plan which outlines how we intend to become the leading large investment fund in the world. We look forward to implementing this plan over the next three years", says CEO Nicolai Tangen.

The strategy plan is divided into five areas: Performance, Technology, Operational robustness, People and Communications.
