Fund disposes office property in Paris
The partnership between Norges Bank Investment Management and AXA France has signed an agreement to sell the ‘Society Lorette’ property located on 24-26 rue Le Peletier, 23-25 rue de Provence and 15-17 rue Chauchat in Paris.

The agreement was signed on 15 December 2021, and completed on 23 March 2022.
Norges Bank Investment Management will receive 127.9 million euros for its 50 percent ownership interest. The property was acquired by the partnership in 2011.
The buyer of the property is Groupe Industriel Marcel Dassault.
The property consists of 9,796 square metres of office space.
