Volkswagen complaint filed

Norges Bank Investment Management has filed a complaint against Volkswagen.

The complaint was filed on 20 June 2016 in the Braunschweig District Court in Germany. The complaint is a part of a joint legal action on behalf of multiple institutional investors represented by the law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP. We have previously notified the public that we intend to file a legal action against Volkswagen arising out of the company’s emission scandal.
