Fund disposes logistics properties

The agreement was signed 17 November 2017, and the transaction was completed 17 January 2018.

Norges Bank Real Estate Management received 40.5 million euros for its 50 percent ownership interest. The properties were acquired in March 2013, as part of a larger portfolio across Europe.

The buyer of the portfolio is a fund managed by Ares Management.

The buildings have a total leasable area of 210,000 square meters.
