Professor Richard Stanton presented the report from the expert group appointed by the Ministry. Professor Karin Thorburn (Norwegian School of Economics) and Senior Analyst Øystein Stephansen (DNB) discussed the report. Yngve Slyngstad presented Norges Bank’s assessments.
